MiCROTEC Connect is the new name of the fingerprint system based on CT Log scanned logs. Through the integrated and innovative scanner and software solutions CT Log, Logeye, Goldeneye, Mill Manager, and the implemented MiCROTEC Ai platform, each log can be traced from virtual boards to real boards. Likewise, the individual boards can be traced back to their original logs without any gaps. This revolutionary and worldwide unique concept has now been extended by several scanners, such as the lineal Goldeneye scanner, Logeye Stereo, and Finscan, as well as to the area of secondary processing.

Log fingerprint

Log fingerprint at saw infeed based on the density profile of the log recognized via a Logeye Scanner incl. X-rays.

Log matching

Geometric matching at carriage to achieve CT-based optimization with Logeye Stereo.

Board Fingerprint

Fingerprint from board to log in green and drymill is possible with Goldeneye 900 and Finscan. NEW and now available is the board fingerprint from the final board back to the log with our lineal Goldeneye scanner.
